No outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee that a client accepts your offer, that a price range fits your market or any commercial outcome. Price ranges are working hypotheses for your own decision.

The result is a business draft, not legal, tax, financial or pricing advice and not a contract template.
Disclosure of AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate the content of the offer pack. Results may contain inaccuracies, fabricated citations, errors or outdated information. Verify the results before you rely on them. When you share a result publicly or commercially, you should disclose its AI-generated origin. Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) on transparency obligations applies from 2 August 2026. Users in Brazil have the right to human review of decisions based solely on automated processing (LGPD, Article 20).
Your responsibility
You decide what you send to your client. Review the scope, price, exclusions and wording before sending. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Price and access
The free preview is available before any payment. The full offer pack is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the pricing section for your region. The final conditions of a purchase are always shown at finalization.
Governing law, complaints and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence, where those provisions apply.
Complaints may be submitted to contact@millai.eu. We will confirm receipt and respond within the period required by applicable law. If a complaint does not resolve the dispute, we will state on a durable medium whether we agree to or refuse participation in an ADR procedure and, if we agree, identify the competent ADR entity.
