What is Revision policy?

Revision policy is the offer section that sets how many feedback rounds are included, what each round covers and when extra work is quoted.

Why it matters

Feedback can expand a small job if the offer leaves revisions open ended. A revision policy gives the client a simple way to plan comments and approvals. It also separates corrections within the agreed direction from requests that change the direction itself.

How to use it

  1. Choose the number of feedback rounds included in the price.
  2. Define what counts as one consolidated round.
  3. Set a deadline for the client to return comments.
  4. Explain how additional or redirected work will be handled.
