OfferForBusiness Glossary
What is Service packages?
Service packages are predefined versions of a service that group different scope, support or delivery choices under clearly separated prices.
Why it matters
Packages help a client compare meaningful choices without designing the engagement from scratch. Each option should represent a real difference in result, effort or access. Weakly separated packages create more questions and make the middle choice feel arbitrary.
How to use it
- Build each package around a distinct client need.
- Keep the included outputs visible in every option.
- Explain the practical difference between adjacent packages.
- Remove any package you would not be happy to deliver.
