OfferForBusiness Glossary
What is Delivery timeline?
Delivery timeline is the planned sequence of work, reviews and handoffs, including target dates and dependencies that can affect completion.
Why it matters
A single final date hides the steps needed to reach it. A timeline shows where the client must provide material, feedback or approval. It also makes the effect of a late input easier to explain without inventing a new schedule on the spot.
How to use it
- Map the work from kickoff to final handoff.
- Add client input and review windows to the sequence.
- Mark dates that depend on an earlier approval.
- State how delays will move later target dates.
The free OfferForBusiness preview looks for timing decisions behind the promised date. Use it to find gaps before the schedule reaches the client.
