What is Milestone?
Milestone is a defined point in a project when a named piece of work is finished, sent for review or approved, before the next stage of the service begins.
Why it matters
Milestones divide a long project into decisions the client can follow. They create natural moments to collect input, confirm direction and update timing. A milestone is useful only when both sides know what must be complete at that point.
