What is Deposit?

Deposit is the part of the agreed service price paid before work starts, used to confirm a reserved project slot and to cover early costs on your side.

Why it matters

A deposit makes the starting commitment visible for both sides. The offer should state when it is requested, what it relates to and how it fits the remaining price. Ambiguous wording can leave the client unsure whether the slot or kickoff is confirmed.

How to use it

  1. State the deposit as part of the total service price.
  2. Explain when it is requested in your process.
  3. Connect its receipt to a clear scheduling or kickoff step.
  4. Show when the remaining price is expected.
